How is Patio Furniture Made?
Depending on the material of choice there are different ways in which our patio furniture is constructed. Let us start by telling you that we work directly with our manufactures, and our attention to quality is un-paralleled in the industry.
Our wicker dining, and deep seating sets are hand woven onto an aluminum rust free frame. Each piece of wicker takes time to complete and is very labour intensive.
Our cast aluminum furniture starts with our team of designers who create the drafts, and then we create a mold. At this point, a sample is made to prepare it for testing. After inspection we decide whether or not it meets our high standards of quality and design.
Where is Patio Furniture Made?
Our patio furniture is made from manufacturers that provide us with the best grade materials and workmanship. Our manufacturers must meet our standards, which are the highest in the industry. We travel the world to find the best product to bring to our customers.
Our manufactures are located all over the world including Canada, United States, Europe and Asia.
How do I determine the quality of patio furniture?
Patio furniture is an investment and should be treated as such. We invite you into our many showrooms across the greater Toronto area to speak with a sales representative. Take a look at our industry leading, powder coated and clear coated paint finishes that withstand all four seasons. Our cast aluminum furniture is constructed of the highest grade aluminum available. Test the weight of our chairs, they have substance, sit on our contoured seats, they are designed with a purpose.
Our aluminum sling furniture is rust free. Our slings are created from a tightly woven vinyl base, mixed with an acrylic coating thread. We have designed all of our slings to to be replaceable and withstand the elements.
Our collection of outdoor fabrics is second to none. We carry a full line of outdoor fabrics, including: Sunbrella, Spun Poly and Andrew Ryan. All of our fabrics are mildew and weather resistant.
Can I leave my patio furniture outside?
Patio furniture is made to withstand the outdoor elements all year round. However, we recommend that all patio furniture be covered throughout the winter months. Gazebo fabrics, umbrellas, and cushions should be stored indoors during the winter season.
