Insideout Patio is committed to offering our customers the lowest price possible. Feel good knowing, that if you find the exact item less elseswhere, within 15 days of your purchase, we will credit you the difference plus an additional 50% of that difference.
Product Guarantee:
All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under the period stated below. Should any items fail during normal use; repairs, replacements, or store credit will be issued with proof of purchase.
Aluminum: 5 Year limited warranty
Cast Aluminum: Minimum of a 5 year limited warranty
Steel: 3 year limited warranty
Cushions, Slings & Umbrellas: 1 limited warranty
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover the following: commercial applications, acts of nature ( such as wind,rain, freezing, or normal fading), glass and pottery breakage of any kind, and rust on steel.
Claims:Warranty claims do not include delivery, pickup or home inspection. Claims will be honoured by repair, replacement or store credit. * Please retain your receipt for valid warranty.Product Service Department
Our service department has a complete repair department to help you service your outdoor furniture needs. If you have older pieces whether purchased from us or not we will do our best to help repair your furniture.
Whether you require a glass replacement, umbrella repair, chair welded or some new cushions our repair department will give you a free quotation on the repair.
Note that during the summer months our repair department is working at full capacity. Inspect your patio furniture early and try and make it our during the off season. Our repair department works all season long.
